Studio Manager / PA to Managing Directors
A Productions are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager from September 2022. You will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of two busy animation studios on a day-to-day basis, managing a department of two Studio Coordinators, and providing administrative support to the Managing Directors & senior staff.
The right candidate will have three to five years of relevant experience or in a similar role. Having exceptional communication skills is essential having excellent listening skills and an ability to adapt communication styles to suit the situation.
You will need to have the ability to multi-task, prioritise and delegate, often in a fast-paced environment.
A high level of PC literacy is essential, including excellent written communication skills, with good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook and a keen eye for detail. Applicants should be highly self-motivated, be able to use their initiative and possess strong problem-solving and time-management skills. A pro-active, positive and flexible approach to work is paramount.
