Based on the worldwide bestselling books by Lucy Cousins, My Friend Maisy brings the beloved Maisy character and her friends to life in a new magical preschool series for Sky Kids.
The 52 x 5’ 2D animated series follows Maisy and her friends, Tallulah, Eddie, Charley and Cyril, on imaginative, joy-filled adventures, from flying a rocket to the moon and sliding down rainbows, to fixing cars in her garage and meeting stripey zebras.
Maisy shows that with curiosity and kindness, anything is possible.

My Friend Maisy is co-produced by BBC Studios Kids & Family Productions and Trustbridge Entertainment, with animation created by A Productions and Karrot in collaboration.
Whilst closely reflecting the illustrative style of Lucy Cousins’ books, the series will offer a unique opportunity for global audiences to enjoy her endearing characters in a new, captivating way, where they will hear Maisy talk, giggle, and sing for the very first time. Full of vibrant colour, the show pushes the boundaries of classic preschool storytelling with charming, simple tales that slip seamlessly between the real and surreal, like a child’s imagination.
The first six My Friend Maisy episodes premiered on Sky Kids at the end of 2025 with more to come in 2026.
