From sock-munching monsters to bug shaped biscuits! We were commissioned to create all sorts of amazing animated segments for the new hit children’s series The Makery, now on Sky Kids and NOW TV.
This fantastic fast-paced series, presented by Nim Odedra with narration from Stephen Mangan, is packed with building quirky crafts, brilliant baking, and creative takeovers, helping educate children through play.
The ‘make-and-do’ series, co-commissioned for Peacock and Sky Kids and produced by Terrific TV, educates through play and inspires children aged 3-8 to explore their imagination and creativity. Two series of 25, 15-minute episodes, set in The Makery, an “extraordinary fun house” set.
Working closely with the production team, we designed and animated elements that fitted seamlessly into the live action. Animation was created in After Effects, 3ds Max and Moho, with Paul Hill directing for A Productions.
